What We Do

Founded in 2016, TheMitt.TV proudly serves the Village of Romeo and Townships of Bruce & Washington

Our Mission

We established TheMitt.TV, Non-profit Corp. EIN#81-3198469 in 2016. Our vision was to become “a voice for the community” in smaller to mid-size markets.

Offering live streaming, web based original programing and coverage of all community events and government meetings for surrounding areas. Also offering 'Roku' technology for those that don't have cable in smaller to mid-size markets of Bruce, Romeo, Washington, Armada, Almont, New Baltimore, Chesterfield and to engage our surrounding communities to join with us as the 'hub' of communication for our local areas in bringing in business throughout Michigan.

To achieve this, we’ve committed ourselves to local programming in all of the markets we serve. Our focus is local news, sports and area events, government meetings and hot topics, not just syndicated programming, but local flavored programming - that you can't get anywhere else than the Mitt.

Our video professionals provide tools, instruction, and constructive encouragement to discover, research and record important stories.

We believe strongly in giving back to the communities we serve through community involvement, public service and charitable contribution. Some of the important charities we support the Boys and Girls Club, Kids Kicking Cancer, Kiawanis, Lions Club and other local area causes. Establishing caring and thoughtful practices by being the Voice of our Communities in all things public and private. Come join us and get 'Smitten with the Mitten".

Around here we don’t look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we’re curious...and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths
